Message from MD
Our talented and experienced professionals have a broad range of management, engineering and technical skills.
Together, this enables us to successfully deliver the most challenging and difficult projects..We have, over the years, established a comprehensive and fully deployed process management approach in delivering solutions to all our esteemed customers. We have a well defined end-to-end high level process map, with precise start and end points, inputs and outputs for each process. All processes are detailed and meticulously flowcharted down to the minutest detailed sub-process level, and documented within the ORACLE system. The ORACLE based project management system, is blended with our ongoing program of QMS process audits, to assess and refine the overall process definitions. This, to our credit, we believe is the first full-scale implementation of such a system in the construction industry, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
We recognize that our activities could, without careful monitoring, management and control have a potential impact on the construction Management. It has been our constant endeavor to minimize the impact in all the projects we undertake. To ensure this we have had our process audited and certified in conformity with the National/International Construction management system.
We also recognize the importance of the intellectual capital that is our PEOPLE, and it has been our endeavor to build and enhance this capability for the growth of the organization. At the same time we care, reward and recognize our PEOPLE and thus spread a culture of sharing, trust, openness and empowerment. We are totally committed to the “Learn and personal” development ” strategy which will lead to an added value contribution of our young talented in achieving the way forward for EIG.
Finally our Corporate Social Responsibility activities are directed “for the good of the community”.
